Assignments February 1/07

Students continue to work on discovering the author's craft. This is a targeted goal that they are working on in reading and writing. An exemplar for writing a letter about the author's craft was provided and role modeled in class. Parents are reminded to continue reading and discussing content with their child. I encourage parents to focus their conversations on a specific reading goal. This will help their child to later focus the content of their letters in their reading journals.
